Collection Manager’s tool in decision making
CorRal is a Production Management Information tool (reports) addressed to the Collection Manager, for allowing management of the delinquent portfolio, team performance monitoring, monitoring of the external teams, establishment of a unified collection policy and control of the cost to collect.
CorRal provides a wealth of information that allows the Collection Manager to accomplish the following vital tasks:

Set the goals and targets of internal teams or external partners

Allocate assignments (what to whom)

Set the fees structure for external partners

Set the policy, strategies and actions based on the performance

Take early actions in order to meet the goals of the Business Plan

How it works
On a daily basis, the Datamart CorRal is fed with data on the managed portfolio at a case level (for example, debts, payments, actions, etc.).
CorRal produces the predesigned reports via the adjustable scheduler which are sent via e-mail (or directly to printers) to the appropriate recipient, according to his profile.
